In my post October 27 - People Matter...So, We Count - I asked for input to the questions:
- What are you measuring in your group environments?
- What are the gauges you're putting in the pipeline to read outcomes?
- How are you filtering and communicating stories of life change from those relationships?
I'd love to hear from more of you regarding your take on these questions (or other quesitons you're raising related to measuring growth / ministry objectives. Within the next couple weeks I'll compile some thoughts from our conversation in a fresh post. Within the next 2-3 weeks I'll post some of the gages we're committing to monitor over the next year here at Granger Community Church.
