Customer Service Tales from the Experts

Hop over to Fast Company's online magazine to read some short-n-simple stories from some leader-greats like Ross Klein - CEO, W Hotels Worldwide and Dan Cathy - President and COO, Chick-fil-A. Although their stories could have easily come from their own businesses, their experiences come from other places.

Could these kind of stories have come from your church?

I'm waiting for the day when the marketplace looks to the church as the model for great care and service to people. The church should be the leading expert. After all, God's DNA is love. His kingdom work is about restoring all that is to its original value. Who should know and serve people better than the church?
