I'm fascinated when I watch behind the scenes documentaries of movies, theme parks or events. Sometimes it's the big, amazing, OMGosh, how'd they do that? Often it's the smaller, simple nuances that are, well, amazing. This list isn't outstanding. You don't have to announce any of these. There's not much budget in this list. But someone had to plan.
- keep the paper towels and tissue stocked
- add hand lotion in the restroom - especially during winter months
- be sensitive to the flu fears, provide hand sanitizer
- print in readable fonts
- clean the carpet and other flooring
- set the thermostat
- make seating comfortable
