Lose momentum. Get stuck.
Get unstuck.

- Invite new ideas.
- Don't block.
- Honestly consider the new ideas.
- Think simple, too.
- Where can your teams be more empowered to create "moments" in the moment?
- Would a different team schedule serve guests better?
- Would a different leadership team serve team members better?
- How can you say "thanks, we're glad you're here" to guests in ways you've not said it before?
- Remember, think simple.
Don't stop the process until you see your teams owning the process of being "unstuck". Stay at it until you see positive impact on your environment and guests.
