It was a privilege to partner with my publisher, GROUP Publishing, this past week in Louisville, Kentucky for the 2011 National LifeServe Conference. I got to meet leaders from across the country whose passion to not only raise the guest services bar, but to ingite the volunteer culture in their churches was flat-out inspiring.
Many of you were interested in the presentation slides and handouts from each of the three sessions. You'll find links to the handouts and Vimeo files (of the Keynote) below. Please note: the Vimeo files are not manual; you'll need to use the "pause" feature to delay slide advances. Also, due to some copyright issues, I was not able to upload any of the videos used in the training sessions.
I trust the following will be helpful in taking your notes and vision back to teammates who weren't able to join us for the conference. I'd love to hear stories as you lead change and discover new best practices that help people understood their worth in Christ.
